Rotary Club Ghaziabad-Vasundhara Awarded Kohinoor Awards
The Rotary Club Ghaziabad-Vasundhara, located in Ghaziabad adjacent to Delhi, has recently been awarded the prestigious Kohinoor Awards for their outstanding social work. The club has been recognized for their 214 projects that have had a positive impact on the community. It is worth noting that the Vasundhara Club is known for being proactive in their social work initiatives. Most recently, the club undertook two significant charity projects. The first project involved the establishment of a Janta Clinic at the SG Public School Vasundhara, where members of the public can receive free consultations and medicines. The second project focused on cancer screening, with the club donating three machines worth Rs 13 lakh to the Jeevan Asha Hospital in Muradnagar. These initiatives demonstrate the club’s commitment to improving healthcare access and outcomes in the community.
During the award ceremony at the Noida Expo Center, the club’s president, Anil Sagar, and secretary, Mudit Kulshreshtha, were presented with the award by District Governor Priyatosh Gupta and Rachna Gupta.
