Another video of Swati Maliwal surfaced, security personnel were seen bringing her out of CM residence holding her hand

A video from the CM's residence on May 13 shows Swati Maliwal being escorted out by a female security personnel, shaking hands with her, and talking to policemen while pointing towards the residence, but the authenticity of the video is not confirmed by 'Aaj Tak'. Swati had alleged that people were tampering with the CCTV footage of the house. Another video surfaced earlier showing Swati angry inside the CM residence, arguing with employees and demanding to talk to the DCP and SHO Civil Lines. She threatened to have the employees fired and called police to the scene. The employees requested her to come out, but she insisted that everything would happen inside the residence.

Delhi Police has recorded statements of witnesses in the case, including those present during the incident on May 13. They are collecting evidence against the accused, Vibhav, in order to make an arrest. The police are closely monitoring the location of Vibhav. The investigation inside Kejriwal's residence continued late into the night, with the police recreating the crime scene, conducting videography, and collecting CCTV footage from the CM's camp office and entry gate. Kejriwal's PA, Vibhav Kumar, has filed a complaint against Swati Maliwal for forcibly entering the Chief Minister's residence and misbehaving with a security guard, alleging that Swati had pushed the guard.
