A heart-wrenching incident took place in Unnao, where a mother and her two young children lost their lives in a major accident. Late at night, a speeding truck loaded with rice lost control and overturned on a roadside hut where the family was sleeping. The mother, identified as 35-year-old Sarla Devi, ran a sweet shop in the hut on the side of Sandila-Bangarmau road. The two sons, aged 13 and 15, were also inside the hut at the time of the accident.

The impact of the truck overturning on the hut caused chaos and screams at the scene. The mother and both children were trapped under the truck, and despite efforts to rescue them, they were declared dead by doctors after being taken to the hospital. The police were alerted by local residents, and they arrived at the spot to remove the truck with the help of a crane. Tragically, the truck driver fled from the scene after the accident occurred.
