A speeding bike collided with a parked bus in Jaipur, Rajasthan, resulting in the death of two brothers while their mother and son were seriously injured and admitted to Sawaiman Singh Hospital. The accident occurred on National Highway-52 in Chaksu area of Jaipur district, when a private bus stopped near Kothun culvert to deboard passengers. The bike collided with the bus, causing the tragic incident.
The deceased, Ganesh Bawariya and Badri Bawariya, were residents of Sambhar in Jaipur district and had come to Kothun for labour work. They were accompanied by Ganesh’s wife, Jamna, and son, Mahendra, who were seriously injured in the accident. It was noted that if the brothers had been wearing helmets, their lives could have been saved according to local witnesses. Chaksu police station officer Kailash Dan provided details on the incident, stating that 4 people from the same family were on the bike when it collided with the bus. Two individuals died, while a woman and child sustained injuries. The bus driver fled the scene and is currently being sought by authorities. The bus was impounded, and the bodies of the deceased were taken to the hospital for post-mortem examination before being released to their relatives.
