Shruti Sharma’s journey in the entertainment industry was not without its challenges, particularly from a familial perspective. Despite initial hesitation from her father about her decision to move to Mumbai and pursue acting, her brother acted as her backbone and fully supported her aspirations. Through hard work and determination, Shruti convinced her family of her passion for acting, ultimately earning her father’s approval with the condition of finding success within two years. She accepted the challenge and embarked on her journey with the support of her family, fulfilling her father’s dream of her becoming a successful actor.
Shruti Sharma’s Dedication to Character Preparation
For her role as Saima in Hiramandi, Shruti Sharma underwent six months of classical Music training to develop the necessary singing talent for the character. She also worked on perfecting her dialogues, pronunciation, pitch, tempo, and tone to ensure an authentic portrayal. Growing up in Lucknow, where Hindi is the primary language, Shruti’s upbringing played a significant role in her proficiency in Urdu, despite limited exposure to the language. Her commitment to embodying the character of Saima without reservations showcases her dedication to her craft and attention to detail in character preparation.
